EPA Threatening Local Pennsylvania Economies, May 14th
The EPA has been busy writing new air quality regulations that seem to be designed to do things that the failed Cap and Trade legislation contained. In other words, an end run on Congress. An end run on our elected officials by EPA bureaucrats.
These new carbon dioxide and ozone regulations will have profound negative effects on economic development.
